AQUALITAS develops an innovative multi-parameter water quality monitoring platform with an integrated AI for continuous cost-effective and low maintenance monitoring of water systems.
Water-intensive industries, water distribution systems, wastewater treatment plants, and agriculture require monitoring of water quality, but real-time water quality monitoring is still a challenge as current solutions require high investment and are maintenance-heavy resulting in low-quality data that is not reliable enough to draw operational conclusions.
Job Description
As our CTO, you will own and lead the tech domain, leading multi-disciplinary R&D activities, R&D planning and execution, IP strategy, and the tech organization's culture. You will also play an active role in business, product, and executive decision-making.
The position includes:

Leading multi-disciplinary R&D activities for the development of the system

Performing hands-on activities

Defining and manage roadmaps, strategies, and budgets

Introduction of a new product to the market

Working closely with customers, partners

Running beta and pilot programs with early-stage product

Be an expert with concerning the competition

Act as a leader within the company
Qualifications
-
Scientific and analytical background: MSc or PhD in Physics / Physical-Chemistry/ Analytical /Electrical engineering or another related field.

5+ Years of hands-on experience in the development of complex systems
-
Proven experience with operation and in-depth understanding of complex systems
-
Proven experience in some of the following: Spectroscopy, Water analysis, Optics, sensors development, and related fields.

Highly independent in execution, organized, dedicated and proactive

Proven experience in leading teams to success

Strong oral and written English skills
